Delivery:
All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and we aim to process them within 4-6 working days.
In order to qualify for Special Next Day delivery by 1pm ( weekdays only) your order must be placed with us by 1pm.
Returns- PERSONALISED ITEMS
Because each Baby Pumpkin blanket is custom-made especially for you, personalised items can’t be returned or refunded for change of mind, incorrect spelling provided by the customer, or design preference.
Please take care to check all spelling, colours, and design details before placing your order, as personalisation will be completed exactly as entered.
However, in the unlikely event that an error is made by us, we will of course offer a replacement or refund.
Returns- NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS
If you want to return your order you must tell us within 14 days from receiving your goods and you then have 14 days to return the items back to us.
If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Money will be refunded to the original payment method.
To return your product please drop us an email at shop@baby-pumpkin.co.uk for further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
